Why “Dragons Mandala”? The dragon represents the primal energy and stress within us, while the mandala represents order, balance, and wholeness. Our mission is to help you tame your inner dragons through the meditative practice of creativity. We cover topics ranging from coloring techniques and visual arts to meditation practices and mental wellness strategies.

We are a diverse collective of artists, therapists, and writers who believe that everyone has an innate ability to create. You don’t need to be a professional artist to benefit from art; you just need the willingness to pick up a brush, a pencil, or a digital stylus.

The Creative Team

Maya Rivera – Founder & Visual Artist
Maya is a certified Art Therapy practitioner and digital artist. She founded Dragons Mandala to share the tools that helped her navigate her own anxiety. She writes passionately about the psychology of color and the meditative flow of drawing.

Lucas Gray – Mental Wellness Writer
Lucas holds a degree in Psychology and specializes in mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). He bridges the gap between scientific research on mental health and accessible, daily practices.

Elena Sol – Movement & Flow Specialist
Elena brings the physical aspect to our wellness philosophy. She teaches how body movement and yoga can complement creative expression to achieve a state of total holistic health.
